In the wake of the one-year anniversary of the Queensland and Northern NSW floods, JDA Co.’s James Davidson is calling for flood resilience regulations within the National Construction Code.
“I believe the 2022 event will be one of the last times people will be able to afford insurance. One of the best things we can do for climate change is to adapt our homes to the changing climate,” Davidson said.
